Hollywood & Vine Residences is an exclusive collection of 143 private residences occupying a dedicated tower at the corner of Hollywood Boulevard and Vine Street. Completed in 2010 and designed by HKS Architects, the building rises 15 stories above one of the most recognized intersections in the world.

The Association

The Hollywood & Vine Residences Association is a nonprofit mutual benefit corporation organized under California's Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act. Every residence owner is a Member of the Association, with equal standing and a vote in community decisions.

The Association is governed by a five-member Board of Directors elected by the membership. The Board sets policy, oversees finances and maintenance, and ensures the community's governing documents — the CC&Rs, Bylaws, and Rules & Regulations — are upheld for the benefit of all Members.
